What's your favorite way to wind down at the end of a stressful day (or even just a regular day)? Why is this activity relaxing for you?
When I'm ready to sit down at the end of the day, a new episode of one of my favorite shows, or a movie that I'm willing to watch over and over is a great way to relax. I also love to read. When I'm looking for quiet, I read. Which ever way I go, my cat is in my lap. Hmm, maybe she's what's relaxing for me.
